Wheat flour under the brand name “SLOVO-47” is the result of careful selection of the best ingredients and strict adherence to high standards. Consistent quality is achieved through direct supply of wheat from selected soft varieties from local farmers and proper equipment setup. The in-house laboratory performs all the necessary procedures to ensure product safety and quality.
Its high performance and versatility ensure perfect results in baking bread and confectionery. Flour is free of artificial additives, preservatives or colorants, which guarantees the naturalness and purity of every gram.
